1. Services Overview

We provide professional video editing services, including but not limited to video ads, VSLs (Video Sales Letters), and short-form content for clients and businesses.

All projects are delivered digitally and customized to each client’s request.

2. Use of Our Services

By using our Services, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  
  

• You will provide accurate information when communicating or placing an order.
  
  

• You will not use our Services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes (including copyright infringement or distributing prohibited content).
  
  
  

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a project if it violates these conditions.

3. Project Process

• Work begins only after full or partial payment (as agreed).

• The client must provide clear instructions, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.

• Delays in providing feedback or assets may extend the delivery timeline.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear input from the client.

4. Revisions and Deliverables

Each service includes a specific number of revisions, as stated in your project agreement or order summary.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.

Final deliverables are provided in digital format (e.g., .mp4, .mov, or .zip via cloud delivery).

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via approved methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).
All prices are listed in USD (or as otherwise specified in your quote).

Projects begin only after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of video editing, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
However, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if no substantial work has been completed.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the original footage and assets you provide.

• Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final edited video(s) unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client materials and project information.
Your footage and business data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest quality, Ayoub Hilmi LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, opportunities, or reputation resulting from project use or delays

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our business, brand, or other clients.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
