Refund Policy

Because our work is custom and service-based, we’ve outlined this Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. General Policy

All our services — including video ads, VSLs, short-form videos, and other editing work — are custom projects tailored to each client’s specific request.
For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once work has started.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• The project has not yet started, and no significant time or resources have been spent.

• The payment was made by mistake (e.g., duplicate transaction).

• We are unable to deliver the service for unforeseen reasons on our side.

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be granted when:

• The project has already begun or any part of the service has been delivered.

• You change your mind after work has started.

• You fail to provide necessary materials, feedback, or communication that prevents project completion.

• The dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after the agreed creative direction has been followed.
  
  

However, we always aim to ensure your satisfaction by offering revisions or adjustments within the agreed revision limit.

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with the delivered work, we encourage you to request revisions (as included in your package).
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number can be requested for an extra fee.

5. Cancelled Projects

If a project is cancelled by the client before editing begins, a partial refund (typically up to 50%) may be issued to cover the time and resources reserved.
Once editing has started, the payment is considered non-refundable.

6. Digital Delivery

Since all final products are digital, once the final files are delivered, the sale is final.
We cannot recall or delete files after they’ve been transferred.
